one round interview, four people interview you together. Both technical and language skills. They also said that it' s not a place for learning and I suppose they don't have any training in the company

They were quick to respond to my application and I was called in for an interview within a few days. The interview was more like a conversation compared to what you would expect. Really appreciate that they take time to go through their applicants and invite them over if they meet requirements.

They mostly asked about my background and academia. A few basic technical questions in relation to the job requirements were also asked. It is good to have a basic idea of what you are applying for and what technical skills may be expected from you.
