normal one like all interviews and was doing the interview over the phone one time also one skype with a video conference call the second time also no management at there at all also the shifts time also with no transportation as it is in the smart village

Interview
They called me on the phone asked me about my hardware skills and knowledge. Went in for an interview, fooled our side paperwork and got the job. The big boss is kind of an idiot. No urinalyses, I didn't have to pee in a cup. That's always a plus.
