We spoke in English and in conversation. Seemed to be good fit at the time but then I decided might be better to get back to school so can be offered more money for my experience in the field.
Laid back, normal interview questions. First there was an informal info session about the company, then a pretty normal interview with behavorial questions. Then opportunities to ask questions. This was all over the phone,

Interview
Terrible, they would judge you solely on your picture, if you don´t look how they want to, they won't even do a 1 on 1 interview. So forget about the opportunity to even be interviewed.
