You basically talk to them, they discuss the job, and ask you to do a typing test it wasn’t to difficult at all honestly. Pretty straight forward that they are looking for people with a positive energy and can take rejection.

It was a pretty standard process. The person who interviewed me was nice and friendly. I think they are a pretty good company, especially for a market research company.
