Easy, few open ended questions that even a pathelogical liar could pass, one on one and then ride along to see if the job life was appealing, then group panel which again a pathelogical liar could pass. It's a company that basically will hire just about anyone because the market is so saturated so anyone who keeps up on pursuing a job will get a chance.
