Very laid back, 1st interview was with the hiring manager and senior analyst on the team, the 2nd was with all the other members/brokers on the team. Very casual, wanted to know about my previous experience as a broker and what I've worked on.

It takes 1 week for me to get a phone interview, then talk with the hiring manager, and get an Excel test. The hiring manager is pretty nice, however, I received a job offer and decided not to continue the interview process.

The interview was quite fast, HR, hiring manager, client then offer on consecutive days. The questions were a mix of practical technical questions as its a finance role as well as analysis themed questions.
The Hiring manager was extremely arrogant and pretentious. It seemed like they focused only on target schools. I went to a small, non-target private university, and the hiring manager was a jerk.
