It was only personal questions, nothing technical. Spoke directly with MD and nobody else. Just be personable and know who you’re speaking to. Present yourself as you would in front of a client. Come with questions, know the “why commercial real estate” and just be a person.

Fair and transparent. It all took place on Teams with no face to face meetings. Welcoming and informative about the role. Not particularly formal more chatty style and no really challenging questions.
Multiple round in-person interviews. Basic culture fit and technical questions were asked - what is a cap rate, how would you value XYZ, etc. Mainly looking for hard working people who will be able to pick-up the industry basics quickly. Don't allow subpar performance.
