Two part: one phone interview with HR rep and one Teams call with current associates. There were a lot of customer service based questions and team work based questions while wanting specific examples of when you implemented these values.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Houston, TX) in Jun 2023

      Interview

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. It went well, and I was passed on to the hiring manager. I had a video interview with him, and scheduled an in person interview for the following week. I came into the office and met with him and two other real estate directors. After taking time off of work at my job to do this, I was informed that they wanted me to meet with an additional director, but he was out of the office that day. The hiring manager let me know that the recruiter would reach back out to schedule this interview. After a week, I reached out to the recruiter for an update. She let me know that they were working on getting it scheduled and would let me know by the end of that week. After not hearing anything for a week and a half, I reached back out again for an update, to which she responded that they were working on it. After a few more days, I was sent an auto-rejection email. I politely asked for any feedback, so that I could learn from the experience, and was told it was a competitive candidate pool. I can understand that, but the whole interview process took about a month and a half to two months, and at the end of it all I received was impersonal feedback.
