Was contacted by a recruiter of the company. First interview was with head of operations. Then had a second interview with the Directors. Then did an exercise for them as well. They said I would hear back within the next week. I have not heard back since. It is now going on a month. Recruiter is not responding. Bad communication. Interview process went well. The wait time is just horrible. Hoping I get the position.

Interview
Applied initially through corporate website, then received an employee referral. Was contacted by recruiter within a week and underwent a phone interview for a little over 30 minutes. Met with the Hiring Manager the next week, as well as a senior a senior director for about 45 minutes each. Recruiter followed up almost immediately to set a meeting for the next week where I met briefly with the hiring manager, followed by 2 more senior directors and 2 executive directors for roughly an hour and a half. All feedback I received was overwhelmingly positive and they expressed their desire to fill the position quickly. After about 2 weeks of silence, I reached out to the recruiter for an update and to express my continued interest in the position. He responded quickly saying that interviews were ongoing but that he would know next steps soon. That was the last I heard from anyone at the company.
