It was pretty straight forward. It started with an introduction from my University, a phone interview, then an in person interview with two rounds of two managers in the room.

Relaxed and friendly; two sets of two managers; they described their roles in each of their respective departments, and discussed my experience in Commercial Real Estate, to assess where my skill set would fit best.
