I applied online. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2017
Interview
First interview was a telephone screen with an HR Rep. The second interview was with a hiring manager. It was a very cordial experience and quite informal. However, the underlying message seems to have been I was too old to be considered as a viable candidate.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I am a 56 year old with over 30 years of property management experience. During the interview, the 30-something woman hiring manager asked me how I would feel reporting to someone so much younger than myself.
Hiring Manager was very personable making it easy to speak with during the interview.Ask very standard questions on video interview. I’m looking forward to the next steps in the hiring process
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
Initial Video Interview that gets a grasp of your experience and knowledge of property management and general landlord/tenant tasks and operations. They ask generic enough stuff like what software you use, where do you see yourself in 5 years, questions about your experience, etc.

Interview
It was a phone interview for the first round. General resume questions. Didn't sense any excitement from the interviewer, almost just completing a task for them. Not a great experience.
