I've applied to Curve directly. The process was split on several interviews: - Chat with internal recruiter - Initial technical interview about experience - System design interview - Two culture interviews Interview was pretty simple and enjoyable. I was quite surprised that there were no coding part, probably that was compensated with thorough system design interview. System design interview was about designing a small part of Curve system, quite realistic. This was followed by two cultural behaviour interviews. The feedback was pretty full and after each part of the process.

I had 3 interviews and I was able to get a wide understanding of the company's structure as I spoke with devs and manager. The process was fast in-total 1.5 weeks. Recruiting process was great and the call with manager was great also and I got many insights, but my call with devs wasn't very pleasant as devs weren't in very good mood. I felt a bit weird in the beginning but after that when we start speaking about system designs I received some very wrong questions.
