I was interviewed by a recruiter and it was rather short. Roughly 10 minutes. Very scripted questions about my resume and experience. The interviewer was on time and discussed a possible on site interview.

Initially screened over the phone, then came for follow up in person. Invited back for third to review again my qualifications. Overall experience was friendly and inclusive. Most of the interview questions were related to my prior experience. Some questions were to determine the type of worker I am.

I applied online for a test engineering job. A few weeks later I had a half an hour call with the HR. It was an easy-going interview, nothing more than the usual HR questions.
