The interview process was quite lengthy and involved several stages, including initial screening, multiple interviews with different stakeholders, and follow-up conversations. There were also fairly long gaps between each round, which extended the overall timeline more than I initially expected. That said, it gave me the chance to really understand the team, the role, and how different parts of the organization work together, even though the process itself was more drawn out than typical.
