Interview
Two rounds of around 30 minutes each. The interviewers were friendly and asked questions about my past experiences, strengths and weaknesses, why I chose to apply to CA, and what I hope to get out of the fellowship. They were both also very receptive to questions and it felt like a conversation rather than an interview.

I can't remember too well but there were two 30-minute interviews over Zoom. The first was with two team members, then the second was with one more team member. All super nice people.
