You will be contacted via your Email Address and the interview is conducted online by asking simple questions about your relevant past experiences, education, and interests. After that, you would be invited to an introduction day where you would be introduced to their processes in the kitchen and You will sign your contract.

It was lightning interviews, it was 2 days in a row with a small amount of interviews.
The interviewers are professionals and charge the mood for the whole day.

The recruiting process consisted of all steps previously shown on the website. Apart from one intreview all intervies were online. Each interviewer gave lots of time for my personal questions, regarding the job or the company itself.

The questions were mainly about previous tasks, failiures and achievements during previous jobs. In addition to interviews the recruiting process consisted of a logic-test and personalyity questionnaire as well.
