Process was fairly straight forward. Virtual interview where I met with my manager and another manager where we discussed the job and they asked some basic questions about my past experience.

Interview process varies depending on whether you’re internal or external. Internal process is a bit quicker. Internally, you’re looking at a phone screening with a recruiter, first interview, and possibly a second (depending on the hiring manager and position), and then an offer if chosen. I’d say a decision is usually made within 1-2 weeks. External process is the same except the interview may be more of the “tell me a time when…” due to you not necessarily having those questions with the company before.
