The interview process began with an initial phone screening conducted by a recruiter, during which I was asked about my background, interest in the role, and general fit for the position at CEI. Following that, I participated in a Microsoft Teams interview with members of the team I would potentially be joining. This conversation provided a deeper insight into the team’s dynamics, expectations, and the nature of the work. Overall, the process was well-organized and efficient, spanning approximately one to two weeks from start to finish.
