Interview
The interview was part of an assessment centre at the Cundall office. The interview itself was one on one with a company partner and had a friendly tone beginning with set questions. There was then follow up questions based on your CV, going into lots of detail about previous experiences. There was then a short technical question.

Initial online psychometric test and technical test. Then invited to an online assessment centre and an in-person interview. The online assessment was just one group task. The interview was on general experience, not technical knowledge.

Interview
The recruitment process lasted about two months and consisted of several stages, including an online application, online office-related and technical-based tests, and a face-to-face assessment centre. The assessment centre comprised of a group activity and a one-on-one interview. Overall, the recruitment process flowed well and was very enjoyable. Recruitment staff engaged well during all stages of the process and provided timely updates regarding the application progress and any other queries. The staff on the day of the assessment centre were also very welcoming and professional.
