Interview
I was called by HR in order to arrange a personal interview. The interview was conducted in a friendly environment, and the interviewer asked me ordinary questions regarding myself and my career goals. Nothing weird. I was required to take a IQ test. Some days after the interview, a English native speaker called me to assess my level of English. It was similar to the previous interview, same kind of questions, but in English.
Applied online. Got invited to first round of tests comprising of IQ test, legal opinion piece, personality test and English proficiency test. Whole process requires high proficiency in Spanish.

Not too difficult, they just ask for your experiences and languages. Be self-confident and everything would be ok. In Paris, the interview is made by senior lawyers what gives you an idea about the people you are going to work with.
