Interview
Had an in-person interview even though it was mid-pandemic. The interviewer explained the role and the team to me very clearly and had me introduce myself and my own goals. It was very laid back as he said he had confidence in my abilities to succeed in the training offered, so he was more interested in my level of motivation and about the fit.

Good process well organised, As an external I dealt directly with the team. Offer made and accepted. Good place to work, lots going on. There is however and old tech-stack
