I went through 2 stage interview, first one was with someone in hr and then the second with my managers. It was very long in between each phase. They didn’t really seem to know what they were doing. The first interview was done by someone who was hired just 2 weeks before and the head of the legal team had made this position as they needed help so they were quite confusing too.
