1st round was with regional head of IT, 2nd round with regional head of IT infrastructure.
after resume submitted, total it took 4 weeks,
definitely 2nd round interview was lack of sincerity
2nd round interviewer made half-hearted attempted to have interview. example was below question what interviewer given.
