He was super nice and even showed me around the entire place. Literally answered every question I had before I could ask. Sounds like a very good place to start working at.

They asked me where I used to work at and why I left. He also asked me some questions about myself outside of work.

A phone interview and in person coffee to follow up with the business owner. Was quite casual, and questions were easy to answer. After coffee I was shown the store, and met some of the staff.
