Pre-Covid: Called in a for an office interview with the team lead manager. Called back for an interview with same manager, her boss, and an attorney. Called back to take a basic typing test and draft a basic memo from a document I was given. .

Interview
The process was simple, and the interview was low key. They are very formal and "corporate" in their culture. You have to dress and look your best at all times. Appearance is greatly judged.
