Crumdale Specialty interview questions

I initially had a video interview in 2023 and was completely ghosted. A little over a year later, a recruiter reaches out to me on LinkedIn and as the interview continues she finally states the name of the employer and it was the same one. I was scheduled for a second phone interview at 12pm the next day, but the second recruiter called me after 1pm with no apologies for having me wait. After she asked me interview questions, she finally tells me in the most rude way possible that I’m not eligible for the position because the company directly interviewed me a year prior and they, being a third party recruiter, cannot interview me. Keep in mind, I did not search for them either time, they found me. The woman showed no empathy and if I ever get a third interview attempt from them I will decline with a quickness.

Multiple interviews within layers of the organization, opportunity to deep dive into company dynamics and future opportunities, very open in the entire process. Opportunity to meet the entire executive team.
