I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cruise (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
It was pretty straightforward; phone screen, phone interview, and an on-site panel with 5-6 team members and stakeholders.
I was pretty surprised when I received a basic email saying I didn't get the role given my experience in the interviews. That's just how it is sometimes and that's fine. However, when I asked for feedback I did not receive a reply. I found that very unprofessional for a company of that size and how attentive the recruiter was earlier in the process.
The interview process itself was fine. Again, the negative for the review is completely due to the lack of response from the team.

Question 1
Many questions focused on previous project and program experience. The rest focused on the specific product area, rideshare.
The interview process was fast and straight forward. I do feel like they did not do adequate research on my background and spent a lot of time clarifying gross misunderstandings.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cruise (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Very easy, straightforward. I don't think they know what they are looking for. The number of problems are extremely orverwelming, so, I am not sure if I would feel confortable working for a company in that early stage.
