Lots of questions about past experience and whatiif scenarios. Asked questions about what I wanted to do. Explained the current organization structure. Brought in member of board of directors. Spent several hours in interview.

How do I analyze the competitive landscape? How would I develop a price to win? How do I mentor employees? What salary am I looking for? How do I recommend they work with the customers?
