I met with crowe horwath at a career fair on campus in January. I was contacted in April regarding a interview. There was a single phone interview that took place on the phone. I was given an offer on the call and I acceptance the offer on the phone.

Interview
The application followed by video application which then goes to interview round. Basic questions but unique software for video interview. Overall, nothing to stress over but I was disappointed by lack of information. (No confirmation emails after submitting application)

Where do you see yourself going in your career in your chosen field?
Overall it was very good- spoke with 2 people in different positions over 2 rounds. They were very nice and the interview was a good environment. The interviewers were Crowe employees. Lots of questions about why you want to participate, what you will contribute, what your future goals are, etc.
Fully virtual process.
Online mock interview that records your answers. Comes with 30 second preparation time and up to 3 attempts. Relatively simple and easy just think about your strengths, weaknesses, and experiences beforehand.
