The project doesn’t take long, and can be completed pretty quickly if you already know the tools. It had both back and front end tasks.

CrowdStreet has a fairly standard multi-phase interview process which includes phone screening, take home technical challenge(s), a system design interview and meeting members of management. The last phase is a set of three panel interviews.

Everyone I met with was positive and upbeat. I made some mistakes when scheduling with their HR and they were super accommodating in working with me.
This company chose not to go in the direction of leetcode questions. They were more interested in learning about your software design process and had a super basic small take home assignment that could be done in one afternoon.

Part one consisted of a take home assignment. I've only encountered this type of interview in a few other companies and it seemed fairly standard.
Part two was your average system design question (but seemed to be a bit shorter on allotted time when compared to other companies).
