Crowd Management Services interview questions

Was asked to fill out an application after showing up and was hired right on the spot. If you apply on a busy concert or festival weekend (i.e. Paradiso, Watershed, Dave Matthews Band... etc.), the process is expedited on a per-need basis. I would doubt if a background check was even conducted, as they are accustomed to hiring students. Also, most jobs are strictly seasonal while the White River Amphitheatre and The Gorge are hosting concerts.
