The process was fairly straightforward, it consisted on: 1. Q&A about your background and experience (30 minutes) with the Head of Development. 2. Practical coding challenge and a Q&A about your background and experience. Coding challenge about Django, and some Python (90 minutes with Head of Development and Lead Backend). 3. Final interview with the CTO and Recruiter. The format is a Q&A about your background and experience (30 minutes). After that, an offer is extended. All the people I interviewed with were very friendly. I did have to go through the same Q&A and background questions on each of the interviews (even though some of the people were already present in the previous interviews).
