      Warehouse Lead Man Interview

      Sep 20, 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Wheaton, IL
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Crossway (Wheaton, IL) in Jul 2015

      Interview

The interview process was quick. I went to three interviews, one a day for three consecutive business days. Most of the questions were pretty common (i.e., what are your strengths? weaknesses? etc...). However, the call back process was the longest part of the hiring process. The person in charge of hiring for the position almost never accepted my phone calls and preferred texting over talking on the phone. Information concerning compensation was miscommunicated throughout the interview and call back process.
