I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Texas City, TX)
Interview
During the interview process, I had to complete several assessments, including an IQ test to measure my intelligence, an English language test to evaluate my communication skills, and an assessment on how well I could use AI tools. These tests were designed to see my abilities and fit for the position. It felt a bit challenging, especially since English is not my first language, but I did my best to show my skills and knowledge.

Question 1
What's your previous experience in customer facing roles?
I applied online. I interviewed at Crossover for Work in Oct 2023
Interview
Tedious and really unnecessary for a customer support position. The entire process is a lot. Failing can get you barred from applying for 6 months in some cases. I'm yet to see any one post a good review about them
