After you apply you are invited to online assessment center. The assessment is well lined up with good instructions and clear time line and time expectations. You are also contacted by Crossover HR representative, in case you have questions or need additional support.

Question 1
You need to pass aptitude test, then English test based on recording your voice, repeating different sentences you hear, then you have coding challenge, which I didn't pass, since I have been in managerial position for many years and do not possess such hands on knowledge.
