I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work in Apr 2020
Interview
Everything is online.
1. Basic Fit questionnaire to check you have the experience and qualifications needed.
2. CCAT aptitude test, 15min
3. English recording
4. Skills assesment (related on the role you are applying, accounting/finance test was very easy multiple options test)
5. Free responses 2h with live monitoring.
I passed all the stages till there. It took over 2 weeks to get the results of "free responses", at which time my application showed "passed". However, after couple of days I got an email saying that I was not selected and they recommend me to study and practice more and apply again in half a year. I honestly underperformed the live test, and I know it. It still bugs me that my application first showed "passed", and they changed it afterwards.

Interview
Cumbersome and ambiguous instructions. Basic screening criteria but it wasn't made clear how the aptitude test will be graded. It is not possible to retake the test at least 1 more time so you have to wait for 180 days. In hindsight the key here is to answer questions quickly and not rationally by solving them, I answered ~34 out of 50 and even though most were correct, my percentile was low because I missed 16 questions. The time window was 15 minutes and we're told to "try" and answer all questions.

Interview
The online assessment was tricky. I passed the first test consisting at a score of 70%, but for the second test (50 questions in 15 minutes), although I scored 86%, it was a "NO PASS". The questions are simpler than SAT tests, which involves simple pattern and maths questions. It does not have anything to do with skills I have acquired from prestigious education and 3 master degrees. It does not match with the renewed career skills required by the work type and position type.
The standard is inconsistent, and at a point I felt that I was used as an experiment towards the testing system. I wonder if there is anyone out there who has passed.

Interview
The interview process seems quite simplified and straightforward in the beginning, as you get the results immediately. However, problems start after reaching the Free Response round, where they'll make you wait for 20 days and may not select you even if you clear the round with great score.
