I spent over 2 hours passing basic fit and psychometric tests, followed by language and free response tests. The last one consisted of 3 tasks which were actually quite easy once you get over technical issues which they Crossover didn't solve. After that I got the information that I failed with 29% ! I immediately asked for detailed feedback, because I have over 20 years experience and fulfilled senior roles in this area, so it is very strange that I scored so low. They rejected my request and didn't allow me to have an insight into my results and possible mistakes. The whole thing is very strange and suspicious and like many others here, I can also conclude my application was a complete waste of time. Crossover is highly unprofessional service and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
