I applied through the web and I got an automated email asking me to do "The First Challenge" which was an online test. Although i got the answer very quickly, the test is very bad because there are many questions that involve deprecated stuff which there are a black/white answer, and in a real scenario the right answer would depend of the context. I understand they need to decide somehow if you know or not your stuff... but this test didn't make any sense to me.
