Interview
I was able to interview the company to see if it was a good fit for me rather than feel like I needed to sell myself to management. I really got a feel for the company in my meeting with the Ops Manager. We talked about my goals and what the company can do to help me get there.
There is a two part interview process. One in person and an online portion. The in person interview is normal process that last about a half hour to forty five minuets. The online portion was more to see if you were technology literate. Checking words per minute, ability to do quick math and make quick decisions. They use 3rd party software for this.

Interview
I applied mid May 2017 and did not hear anything until mid June 2017. I received an email wanting to setup a phone call with the recruiter which was done the next day. After speaking with the recruiter, i was told that he would speak with a manager to get me setup with an in person interview. I received an email back to setup an interview the following week. I interviewed with a branch manager and the project manager. The interview went very well, was not stressful or nerve racking at all. We went over the position, the company, my skills and personality. At the close of the interview, they thanked me for my time and said they would be in touch if they wished to move forward with my employment.

There were no questions that were out of the ordinary for the position that I applied for. Just your typical loan processing questions.
