Interview
In person interview scheduled, met with 2 administrators for interview on campus. It was a brief interview really, but they were direct and personable. They told me a bit about the program then asked me questions that helped them to see if I was a good fit for their program and culture.

Interview
There was a series of questions having to do with work experience and skills. The interview had serious and more silly lighthearted questions throughout. They of course touch on your Christian walk as it is a church job.
