I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cross Country (Dallas, TX) in May 2014
Interview
I was contacted by an external recruiter who did a preliminary phone screen. She sent my info to the Director of Recruitment, who contacted me for a second phone screen - I htink this was actually the main interview. I was then invited to come in to the Dallas office to meet with one of the team leads. This final interview felt much less intensive and more of just a making sure I was able to present myself well in person.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cross Country (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2024
Interview
It was a very laid back experience. Ryan (VP of Allied) was very easy to talk to. The interview process did not feel like a interview, just having a conversation.

How do you feel about working with tech and remote?
HR Rep reached out a week ago to schedule a phone interview, I responded the day of with several follow up emails during the week and STILL have not heard anything back about scheduling a phone interview. It’s ridiculous.
The interview process was great here. Kathleen is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable throughout. Onboarding with HR was easy too. More than one dept head interviewed but Kathleen was the nicest.
