I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cross Country in Apr 2022
Interview
Recruiter called me to set up an interview with a panel. The interview process was very pleasant, and everyone had valuable input. A very casual interview, but was a little off-putting when the panel got side-tracked and started talking amongst themselves about their own projects, unrelated to the interview. When asked about work hours, they didn't give a definitive answer, just said it's not uncommon to be working 12 hour days. Very low pay (base of 40k) for a recruiting role for working supposed 60 hour weeks. Had a bad feeling once I left the interview but tried to keep an open mind. Had a negative experience with the recruiter when I asked for an extension of their offer, as they offered me the position less than a week after the initial phone call.

Interview
It was a very laid back experience. Ryan (VP of Allied) was very easy to talk to. The interview process did not feel like a interview, just having a conversation.

Question 1
How do you feel about working with tech and remote?
The interview process was great here. Kathleen is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable throughout. Onboarding with HR was easy too. More than one dept head interviewed but Kathleen was the nicest.

HR Rep reached out a week ago to schedule a phone interview, I responded the day of with several follow up emails during the week and STILL have not heard anything back about scheduling a phone interview. It’s ridiculous.
