good process seems like their workers are super burnt out
not a lot of team chemistry questions seems like they have shorter tenures there

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cricut in Sep 2020
Interview
I never ended up talking with anybody from the company. Instead the technical recruiter performed the initial phone screen, which was semi-technical and pretty easy. Next I was emailed a link to a devskiller.com online assessment. There were 4 parts and 85 minutes to complete. This assessment was timed and it seems only the last question matters. I failed because I ran out of time to do a good job on the last part. The first part was multiple choice and fill-in the blank questions relating to basic coding knowledge. Parts two and three were writing an SQL statement given some table definitions and problem statements. Part four was completing a code review on a some sample code. For the time limit, the sample code was quite long. The recruiter had told me before hand to save enough time for part 4 and that I should comment on every line. This doesn't make much sense, but perhaps if I had I would have passed. I took a decent amount of time understanding all the code in enough detail to make meaningful comments. Maybe a better strategy would have been to give superficial comments on each line individually instead of holistically assessing the code

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cricut (Herriman, UT) in May 2017
Interview
Had a great phone interview with the recruiter who impressed me with her technical knowledge. I was asked to come into the office to meet with the team. The interview went great, some get to know me type stuff and whiteboard problems. After an hour with the team, I was shown around the office. Before I left, I was told the feedback about me was positive and that I should hear back regarding an offer that evening or the following day at the latest. I didn't hear back at all. I sent emails, left voice mails and still haven't heard anything. It's been over a month now. . . I was extremely impressed with the company up until this point. Extremely unprofessional!
