The hiring manager reached out directly to me via Linkedin. After a ~45min conversation the entire process was outlined to me so I knew what to expect. From there a coordinator reached out and helped schedule calls with another hiring manager, SE, and sales rep. As part of each of those conversations I was interviewed, but also allowed to ask any questions I had. After successfully completing those conversations I was asked to speak to the founders. I spoke with the CEO and was again allowed to ask any questions I had, likewise for the other co-founders. Within a day of completing the founder interviews I was called with a verbal offer, I had a written offer 4 or 5 days later.
