CrewBloom interview questions

The hiring process was very disorganized. While the company requires candidates to have a high-speed computer and internet with backups for both, the recruiter had a noisy background and provided little clarity regarding the job description or next steps. To make matters worse, I was ghosted for a second scheduled interview and received neither a rescheduling email nor an apology.

The process was professional and well-structured. It began with an online application and a video introduction via Loom. This was followed by a WhatsApp screening call with a recruiter to discuss my 7 years of remote experience, technical infrastructure in Lamu, and my background in finance. The focus was on reliability and my ability to handle high-volume GEO content for US-based clients.
