I was invited into their office for the first rounds of interviews. The atmosphere was relaxed and the conversation was very fluid. I was in the room with their lead UX consultant.
They asked if I had some wireframes to show, and I showed them on my laptop.
They appriciated that I was well prepared, and had plenty of questions.
Personality seems very important to Creuna, so don't be too formal in your dresscode.
They sent an email a week or so later, letting me know that I had been a very good candidate, but that another candidate with slightly more comparable experience had been selected.
