I went through three rounds of an interview process with Crest six months ago. Gave this company more than three hours of my time, and never received any follow-up. Not even an email stating unsuccessful. It is very wrong for companies to have this attitude towards potential candidates. Even a generic email stating unsuccessful would be sufficient enough. I tried to ask for feedback via email, however, no one contact me back. I now see the role I was interviewing for is being advertised again. Although the reviews are really good from current employees, they don't value your time as a candidate at all!
