Interview was smooth and easy and the questions were pretty standard big focus on experience and values they are a location based company so know the knowledge of the area

Quick phone screening, one hour video interview, then a one hour in-person interview including flights to another state that took an entire day to travel to/from, though the travel costs were reimbursed. For the final interview, I was required to present a case study on one of their future acquisitions. I spent hours putting together a thoughtful presentation, without knowing they would be acquiring this property, and being told this during the interview. Gave tons of ideas for free. Was told I'd hear back within two weeks, and despite multiple follow ups, never heard a word from the company again.
