The interview seemed to go okay but barely shared anything about the role, the team, or the needs, just asked a bunch of questions nodded their heads, and hung up. They didn't leave any feedback for the recruiter.

Seamless interview process. The woman who runs HR wasn’t as communicative as I’ve experienced in the past — wasn’t following up properly, answering important questions that were time-sensitive, and overall communicated more like a coordinator vs a director. That was the only off putting issue I had through the interview process and ultimately made me second guess the company.
