I had applied online through LinedIn. I was contacted fairly quickly and asked to schedule a phone interview. During the phone interview I learned more about CreditGenie was asked some questions to see if i would be a good fit for their team. The conversation lasted for about 10-15 minutes and was very informative. I was then asked to come in for an in person interview a few days later with the CRO. We spoke a little bit more about the structure of CreditGenie and I was asked questions about my experience and why I wanted to work at CreditGenie. The interview process took about 45 minutes or so and went very well.

Positive experience. Applied online. Had an initial phone screen before coming in for an in-person interview. All in all the process was a little under 2 weeks. More of a conversation. Really want to understand if you would be a fit for the team you are being considered for.
